Consent to the processing of personal data and licence to use the work
I, the undersigned, declare that I have been informed of (a) the Privacy Notice in Part A, which I have fully understood, and (b) the fact that the video recording, audio recording and live online transmission of my talk via Cisco Webex form part of my cooperation with the Institute and are carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, without my consent being required for this purpose.
In addition, I freely, explicitly and specifically consent to the following (each item to be selected separately):
B.1 Consent to Data Processing
☐ Publication of material from my talk on the Institute's social media (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), together with my name, professional capacity/title and a short biography.
☐ Use of excerpts, photographs and still images to promote future activities.
☐ Long-term retention of the material as an archival and educational resource beyond the period during which the specific event is promoted.
B.2 Licence to Use the Work (Greek Law 2121/1993)

I declare that I am the author of the talk and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. I grant the Institute, free of charge and without consideration, a non-exclusive licence to record, reproduce, communicate to the public and make available my talk and the accompanying material for the Institute's statutory non-profit purposes, without geographical limitation. The licence includes the right to create excerpts, subtitles and transcripts, without altering the meaning of the talk. My moral rights, in particular the right to be identified as the author and the right to the integrity of the work (Article 4 of Greek Law 2121/1993), remain fully intact. The licence is granted for a period of [indefinite duration / five (5) years with automatic renewal] and may be revoked in writing in respect of any future use, subject to one (1) month's notice. |
