Following withdrawal, the Institute will cease any further use of material in which I am identifiable, remove it from its official communication channels or make my face unidentifiable (e.g. by blurring), and inform the recipients to whom it has made the material available. How Filming Takes Place and How You Can Avoid Being Recorded

Filming of the room is carried out from the speaker's side, facing the audience. As a rule, attendees' faces are identifiable. These are not distant or blurred general shots.

The venue is divided into two clearly marked zones:

Filming zone. Seats within the camera's field of view. Remaining in this zone requires a signed declaration under Part C.

Non-filming zone. Seats outside the camera's field of view. No declaration is required and you will not be recorded.

You indicate your choice on arrival and it does not in any way affect your participation in the discussion. You may change your choice at any time during the event by moving to a different seat.

Providing consent is entirely optional. There will be no adverse consequences if you do not consent.

  • For online participants, it is sufficient to keep the camera and microphone switched off and use a pseudonym as the display name.
  • Questions may also be submitted anonymously in writing through the moderator, regardless of zone.
  • If you later discover that you appear in published material against your wishes, the Institute will remove the material or blur your image, without requiring any justification.
